TEF Examination

The TEF is a Test of Evaluation that you may need to complete for your visa purposes for Canada (TEF Canada) or if specifically, you want to live or work in Quebec you would need to do a slightly different examination (TEF Quebec TEFAQ). This needs to be booked in advance as we will need a minimum of 2 weeks to process the booking. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time when you will be able to do the examination.
Description
The Test d’évaluation de français (TEF) is an international benchmark test that measures your level of French. It is recognized to apply for residency and naturalization applications, to immigrate to Canada, or to integrate a school / university.
The TEF certification is valid for two years from the date of the test. This certification is internationally recognized by:
- the French Ministry of Education
- the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation
- the French Ministry of the Interior
- Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
- Québec Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration
- the Swiss State Secretariat for Migration
